All healing sessions begin with an intuitive assessment, whereby Athena asks the Divine for assistance, guidance and information which she then relays to the healee. After the intuitive assessment, a collective plan for healing is agreed upon.
Spiritual Development requires an individual to have had one full healing session prior and goals and plans for ongoing spiritual development and growth have been discussed.

Intuitive Healing Session
After the intuitive assessment, a healee will either receive an energy modality, spiritual psychotherapy, hypnotherapy or a combination thereof. Session time ranges from 1-2hrs and is dependent on an individual’s needs. Clients should allot 2 hours for the visit.
Sessions can last approximately 1-2 hours
All sessions include intuitive assessment.
Athena may use a single or multiple modalities
Clients will likely be asked to lay on the massage table for energy work and hypnotherapy.
Many times modalities require physical touch. If so, clients may be asked to sign a permission form.
Clients may request a specific modality or therapy.

Spiritual Development & Ongoing Therapy
Often, clients request ongoing spiritual development or continued therapy for an acute condition or pain management. Sessions may be for the purposes of expanding their intuitive abilities or to have multiple sessions for a singular concern, such cancer treatment. Initial healing session is a requirement to do ongoing sessions.
